We are human and need natural sunlight to thrive - our retinas have receptors that absorb light sending signals to our brain that affects our schedules and moods.
Since the majority of the population spends most of their time indoors, circadian lighting was invented so we can avoid artificial light that is not aligned with our biology. Following the patterns of the sun & our circadian rhythms, LED circadian lighting is bright when we need to feel energised and it warms down when it is time to unwind and relax. It basically runs in harmony with our internal clock. Just like with a healthy diet, if we feed the body what it needs (light in this case), it will perform better.
